Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information UrXpert collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

UrXpert is a personal AI advisor operated by Motivasean Coaching Team LLC, based in San Diego, California.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to build and run your advisor, communicate with you, and keep the service secure.

• Account information: The email address you sign up with and the details needed to sign you in.
• What you share with your advisor: Your answers during the interview that builds your advisor, what you tell your advisor afterward, the notes and facts it saves, and the messages it writes to you.
• Text message information: If you choose to receive texts, your mobile number and a record of your consent. Texts are optional. You can use UrXpert without them.
• Google Calendar information: Only if you connect your calendar. We can read your events. We can't change or delete anything in your calendar.
• Technical information: Such as your IP address, which our hosting provider processes to run and protect the site.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to build and run your advisor, write your messages, send the texts and emails you've asked for, keep the service secure, and answer your questions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI Processing

Your advisor is powered by an AI service from OpenAI. What you share with your advisor, and the information we give it so it can respond to you and write to you, is sent to OpenAI to produce replies. When you chat with your advisor, this may include your calendar events, if you've connected your calendar. Your morning message is written only from what you've saved with your advisor, not from your calendar.

Service Providers

We use service providers to run UrXpert: OpenAI for AI, Twilio for text messages (not yet in use), Google for calendar access, Cloudflare for delivering this website, Supabase for our database and sign-in, Resend for email delivery, and a hosting provider for the signed-in app. They process information on our behalf to provide the service and handle it under their own privacy and security practices. Your mobile number is processed only to deliver the texts you asked for.

The signed-in app also loads a code library from jsDelivr and fonts from Google Fonts, so those services receive your IP address and browser type when you use the app.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Google User Data

UrXpert's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use your Google Calendar information only to provide features you can see in UrXpert. We do not use it for advertising. We share it only as needed to provide those features, for security, or to comply with the law. Our team does not read your calendar information unless you ask us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it. You can disconnect your calendar at any time in your Google Account's third-party access settings.

Text Messages

Text messaging has not started yet, and we won't text you before it does. When it starts, if you opt in, you'll get up to 1 message a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. More details are in our Terms of Service.

Website Tracking and Cookies

We do not use advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics on this website. Our signed-in app sets no cookies. It saves three things in your browser's local storage on your device: your sign-in session, an unsent draft so a dropped connection doesn't lose what you typed, and a note that the advisor's first greeting has been shown. If this changes, we will update this policy.

Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using established providers and limiting who can access it. We keep it while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, security, or business reasons. No system is completely secure.

Your Choices

You can email us to ask what we keep about you, correct it, or delete it. We aim to reply within two business days. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete it from our systems, except what we must keep for legal or security reasons.

Children

UrXpert is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date. If we change how we use your Google Calendar information, we'll tell you and ask for your consent first.
